WE URGE ALL CANADIANS TO MAKE
THEIR OPPOSITION TO TARIFFS
ON BOOKS KNOWN TODAY

Dear Industry Partner,

As you may know, there have been many questions surrounding the Canadian government's recently announced intent to place tariffs on books and other educational materials imported from the United States, and how these tariffs might impact the Canadian book industry and education system as a whole.

Login has served the Canadian book industry for over 30 years, and as a major supplier of literature and educational materials for all levels, we are deeply concerned about the consequences of these misguided tariffs on books, which involve codes 4901.10 through 4901.99.

Login has already taken steps to communicate the importance of excluding books from these tariffs to the government. We are encouraged to see that our colleagues, partners, and other members of the campus, publishing, and bookselling communities are also expressing their concerns to the government.

With the April 2 deadline fast approaching, we urge all Canadians to make their opposition to tariffs on books known today.

Click here to submit your comments and quote tariff code 4901.10.

It is our hope that by amplifying our collective voices, we can prevent any adjustments to the pricing of books sourced from the U.S. due to these tariffs.
