Responsibilities:
- All aspects of recording deposits of all forms (EFT, Lockbox, PayPal), including weekly deposits for payments received on site, and resolving account issues.
- Reconciling credit card statements to receipts, investigating missing receipts and unidentified transactions.
- Controlling Returns documentation, and downloading information from one system to another.
- Checking receiving reports for discrepancies and inaccuracies.
- Working with vendors to resolve receiving issues.
- Data entry—posting invoices and credits into our financial system.
- Matching packing slips to invoices and filing as required.
Skill requirements:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Intermediate level user of Microsoft Excel.
- High alpha/numeric data entry speed and accuracy.
- Strong basic computer knowledge, including use of MS Office products.
- Two years office-related experience working with deposits.
